Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The delivered product is factory damaged or defective.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
The airway bill number and any unique identification numbers remain intact and undamaged.
Any additional items included in the package (e.g., booklets, sampling vials, or accessories) are not misplaced, used, or damaged.
Return Approval Process
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it carefully.
A confirmation will be provided if the product is verified as unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
If we find that the product was used, damaged, or altered by the customer, Maisaq Perfumes will not be responsible, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
Immediate Damage Reporting
We highly recommend checking your order upon delivery:
If the product is damaged, do not accept it.
Show the damage to the courier at the time of delivery.
Request an immediate exchange of the same product.
The damaged product will then be cross-verified by our team, and we’ll update you regarding the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
You will not be eligible for returns or exchanges if:
The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
Any unique identification labels or security seals are tampered with.
The request is made after 3 business days from the delivery date.
Final Note
